We invite us as women, to abide in our bodies as a Temple, in simplicity, bowing down to Mother Earth, praising the Divinity in us and all creation.

By practicing to open and be deeply nourished, we co-create a field of  love and feminine essence. We get empowered to carry alive in our hearts, our visions & dreams for ourselves, for our children and for our planet.

No matter if you are 17 or 70, you are welcome as you are, just being you. We will meet mornings and evenings for approximately 2hs. In between there is enough time to follow your sensual flow.

MEDITATIONS
Osho Nadabrahma Meditation
- Resonating with Tibetan gongs
It is a wonderful way to learn about to be on the flow of giving & receiving, expanding & contracting, planting & harvesting … or whatsoever it reflects on the moment.

The meditation lasts 1h and have 3 stages:
First stage: 30 minutes.
With Tibetan gongs we tune our body & mind, humming with the gongs. 

Second stage: 15 minutes
With a slow motion hands movement from the belly out into space, we give and receive from existence.

Third stage: 15 minutes
In deep silence we rest and integrate. 15min.

Osho Nataraj Meditation - Becoming the dance.
Nataraj is the energy of the dance. Forgetting the dancer, becoming the dance! 

The meditation lasts 1h5 minutes and has three stages.
First stage: 40 minutes.
Letting our body move the way it wants. Being totally in the dance!

Second Stage: 20 minutes
Keeping our eyes closed lying down immediately. We give ourself to Mother Earth and in be silent and still.

Third stage: 5 minutes
Coming back to dance we celebrate.

Kundalini Meditation - Shaking, Dancing, Witnessing
The most loved meditation that helps to integrate the day or any group / inner process. 

The meditation lasts one hour and has four stages.
First stage: 15 minutes
With our body loose we shake to the very core of our being.

Second stage: 15 minutes.
Dancing and letting the dance taking us.

Third stage: 15 minutes.
Sitting or standing, witnessing inside and out.

Fourth stage: 15 minutes.
In deep silence we rest and integrate.

Chakra Breathing Meditation - The Energy Rainbow.
This active meditation uses deep, rapid power breathing and body movement to open and bring awareness, vitality and silence to each of the seven chakras (energy vortex).

The meditation lasts one hour and has two stages. It is best done on an empty stomach.
First stage: 45 minutes
Keeping our attention on the pelvic area (first chakra), with the power breathing, we become aware of the feelings and sensations on the first chakra. ( 2-3 min )
We breathe and feel each chakra and after breathing up to the 7th chakra (top of the head), we turn and fall back down our attention through each chakra. All the chakras blend into one rainbow of energy.
We complete three full sequences upwards and downward, 15min each sequence.

Second stage: 15 minutes
In deep silence we rest and integrate. 

Chakra Sound Meditation - Tuning our voices
In this meditation vocal sounds open, harmonise and bring awareness to the chakras. It can bring a deep and peaceful inner silence. 

The meditation lasts one hour and has two stages.
First stage: 45 minutes
With the eyes closed, we listen to the music feeling its vibration on the first chakra. When you are ready, start making sounds. The music will guide us and we can be creative with our own sounds. While listening to the music or the sounds that you are making, feel the vibrations in each chakra.
The tones change to a higher pitch as we move up to the seventh chakra. After the seventh chakra, the tones will go back down through all the chakras, one by one. As we hear the tones and make sounds going down, we feel the vibrations in each chakra. The whole body become like a hollow bamboo flute, allowing the sounds to resonate from top to bottom.The full sequence up and down is done three times, 15min each sequence.

Heart Alchemy Meditation  - Activating our Light Body
Connecting with our inner light we first activate our light body. Slowly we enter the heart space and experience the alchemy of the heart, which embraces and transform everything into love. This mediation cultivates compassion and the capacity to allow feelings to flow through us.

The meditation lasts about 30 - 40 minutes and it is guided by me. At the end we sit in silence for some minutes.
This meditation is a compilation of the Atisha’s Heart Meditation from Osho and Chameli Ardagh version from the Awakening Women Institute.
